My start in real estate was 'borne' from inspiration and dedication to my son. As a single Mom, I wanted to do more than just provide his basic needs. My goal was to create wealth for myself while building a legacy that he could inherit. In 2005; my Mom advised me to develop land that I had previously purchased. Unsure of my future at the time; I followed her advice and developed my 1st multi-family property. About a year later I decided to pursue real estate 'full time', and haven't looked back since.
